Zweig Associates, Inc. is dedicated exclusively to the placement of physicians, nurse practitioners, and
physician assistants in both locum tenens and permanent
assignments. Locum tenens is a Latin term which literally means
"to hold the place".
We
currently work with all specialties who are available for a day, a week,
a month, or longer, depending on the need for coverage. We place a great
many physicians, both primary care and specialists, in permanent
positions as well. We recruit, interview, screen, reference, and verify
licensure of all physicians prior to referral.
We
serve private practices, HMO's, urgent care centers, emergency
departments, multi specialty groups, occupational and industrial
clinics, correctional facilities, student health centers, county health
and community clinics.
We
